What To Bring When You Register

Verification of Parent Residency 
         **Please note that actual residency at the address is required
If you OWN your home, please bring ONE of the following:
  • XCEL or IREA current month bill
  • Or 3 pieces of mail addressed to you at the address you are using.
  • Warranty Deed dated within 60 days
If you RENT, please bring ONE of the following:
  • Current Gas or Electric Bill (No Disconnect or Final Notices) - Current or last month only  - must include all pages of the entire bill
  • A current, signed Lease Agreement / Rental Agreement for a new property leased within the last 60 days
  • A NOTARIZED letter from the landlord in lieu of a new Lease Agreement
  • Future Lease  - (Move in date must be within 2 weeks of registration) Signed Lease Agreement & a receipt of the 1st month's rent payment
If you LIVE WITH ANOTHER FAMILY, please bring ALL of the following:

1. Completed and NOTARIZED Co-Resident Form​

2. Current proof of your residency at that address. (ie: bank statement, insurance statement, new Colorado drivers license receipt, mail received, etc. with your name, the address and the date clearly listed)

3. Verification of residency for the family with whom you are living with, such as their current gas/electric bill (see list above).

  • This is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS
 Immunization Records (Requirements) (required by state law, effective July 1, 1997

Tuition Students will also need the $100.00 registration fee and the first months tuition of $340.00
